Erik Ten Hag looks to be announced as Manchester United’s new boss. Erik ten Hag is wasting no time notifying his employees that Steven Bergwijn is most wanted on his wishlist.
No official announcement has been made by Manchester United yet, but Ten Hag will likely be the club’s new manager very soon.
They have both reached a verbal agreement, as Manchester could make Ten Hag’s appointment before the end of the campaign. Although Manchester United is set to make enormous significance in the team with the transfer window coming up, Ten Hag has already decided on a player he would love to coach.
Daily Mail reports that Ten Hag is keen on pushing United officials to approach Bergwijn. He has limited playing time under Antonio Conte, particularly since the arrival of Dejan Kulusevski.
Bergwijn joined Tottenham in January 2020 as one of José Mourinho’s first signings as Spurs boss. He had helped PSV win three Eredivisie titles in his time at the club before being snapped up by Tottenham.
